Chapter 0: Agreement with the rules and user agreement.
The rules apply to everyone, without exception.

- We are not responsible for the transfer of your personal data specified above at the request of law enforcement agencies, the applicant in the form of the hosting provider, and the responsible non-anonymized third party responsible for the operation of the virtual server. However, we (as the Head Administrators) are interested in and contribute to concealing this information from use by third parties;
- We are not responsible for the data you enter on the website;
- We are not responsible for your personal data if it has been automatically indexed by search engines;
- The use of VPN on the project is allowed if a person wishes to hide their data in the form of IP and country. However, we are not responsible for your actions if the use of VPN contradicts your local law.
- It is permissible to use fake data when providing information about yourself on the website. This includes: email address, nickname on the website, information about yourself. It is prohibited to use data that violates the laws of the Russian Federation. Registration on the website is done exclusively manually and does NOT require the mandatory entry of a valid email address. The most important data to remember is your username and password;
- It is permitted to delete your profile and all personal data on the website;
- Everything is done on a voluntary basis, so you are required to treat both the Administration and other Players with respect;
- We (as Head Administrators) have the right to block your access to the project without providing any information or explanations;
- We (as Head Administrators) have the right not to provide any evidence;
- We (as Head Administrators) have the right to conduct negotiations with other main server administrators exclusively one-on-one and to take any action against players as deemed necessary;
- The duration of the punishment may vary greatly for different players and does not have a fixed time limit.
However:
1. The Head Administrators have the right to change the duration of a player's punishment (up to complete removal of the punishment or complete ban from the project) without explanation.
2. The Head Administrators may discipline an Administrator for issuing disproportionate penalties to players, especially in the absence of a relevant justification.

Chapter 1: General rules for websites, servers, and databases.

The main rule: The VDS server and the server hosting the websites and databases are located in the Russian Federation. This means that if you violate any Russian Federation law, you will face immediate punishment on F2PKI servers. Just because a rule isn't listed here doesn't mean you're immune from punishment.

Basic Rules:
- Do not use cheats or programs that give you a clear advantage in the game;
- Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities in the engine, game modes, or maps is forbidden;
- Any attempts to disrupt or negatively affect the server’s performance are forbidden;
- Any brute-force attacks on site, brute-force attack to get rcon passwords are forhidden;
- Do not use background sounds or music over the microphone (especially if it clearly interferes with gameplay), avoid endless swearing (Watch your language!), and stop insulting other players;
- Spamming, flooding, or rambling incoherently "into the air" with the intent to distract other players is prohibited;
- Profanity in nicknames is allowed within reason. Offensive nicknames are strictly prohibited;
- Impersonating an administrator is prohibited;
- Distributing erotic, pornographic, or shocking material is prohibited;
- Administrators are allowed to hide their nicknames to monitor players without being noticed;
- Monitoring other players is generally prohibited. However, monitoring is allowed if the gameplay for a specific mode has stopped and cannot continue;
- Advertising other game projects (IP spam, nicknames with IPs) is prohibited. Simply mentioning other projects is fine;
- Provocations of any kind are prohibited;
- Conversations about politics, religion, and other provocative statements that insult players are prohibited;
- You are allowed to change your STEAM account if you were banned permamently due to multiple violations, and that ban decision is final. However, you must be aware of the following:
1 - We do not care if you have to buy another account or another key for a licensed copy of the game. Tzhat is entirely your problem. Just follow the rules, and you won't have issues.
2 - You will be treated much more strictly. The duration of penalties will be significantly increased. This means the chance of receiving a permanent ban/mute increases significantly with each new account, potentially leading to a fixed permanent penalty on every new account for any offense.
3 - We (as the Head Administrators) have the full right to permanently block all of your alt accounts without any explanation.
4 - Amnesty is possible only if we (as the Head Administrators) see that the person has truly reformed and stopped breaking the rules. However, we (as the Head Administrators) are not obliged to give anyone any explanations.
5- If you were banned permamently by the Head Administrators (FPTyel & Killik & WinsomeQuill) and you haven't been caught committing serious violations on this project OR there were only minor violations, then you have been caught committing malicious violations on other, non-anonymous projects. In this specific case, the reasons for the ban will be explicitly specified: Untrainable, Inadequate, Undesirable, or some other reason. If you receive this punishment, subsequent attempts to bypass the ban by changing accounts will sooner or later lead to a permanent block on all detected accounts, and these accounts will be blocked without the possibility of appeal. The only way to appeal is if we (as the Head Administrators) personally verify that you have genuinely improved your behavior.
Please note: Under this clause, we evaluate your suitability in advance. Other projects might not punish you on their servers due to factors beyond our control. Most importantly, this is a warning, and it prevents unwanted \ toxic interactions between you and the players on the server. Be reasonable and smart, and this will never happen to you.
- Server Administrators (excluding Head Administrators) are prohibited from abusing their position or using extra in-game features if those actions clearly harm players and mess up the game balance.
- Server Administrators are directly subject to the server rules, just like regular players.
- If something isn't covered by the general rules, the Administrator has the right to act according to the circumstances within reasonable limits, and, if possible, without punishing players.

Chapter 2: Rules and explanation of terminology for the Zombie Escape server mode:

Zombie Escape mode refers to completing maps while escaping from zombies. The people and zombies here are real players.
The goal of the mode for Humans is to reach the end of the map, bypassing obstacles in the form of NPCs, bosses, and Zombies.
The goal of the mode for Zombies is to prevent humans from reaching the end of the map and infect everyone.

Before moving on to the rules, a small clarification:

ZE means Zombie Escape;
One-shot is a kill or damage with a single hit;
An item is an object that performs a certain task. For example, the wind pushes zombies away from people, or gravity pulls all zombies to one point, etc.
NPCs are so-called uncontrolled/map-programmed bots that can either guide people on the right path to complete the maps or interfere with them in every way possible. However, NPCs can also be used as a gameplay addition;
Lasers are used on some maps as a gameplay addition to ZE mode. They can either one-shot people or damage them.
Rolling is a method of searching through randomness, independent of the player.
Trolling, Ruining — performing actions that lead to the inevitable death of a player or team (griefing).
Defending — keeping zombies at a distance from people by shooting at them with weapons or holding them back with items.
Defensive item — an item such as gravity, wind, lightning, and anything else related to KEEPING zombies away from you.
Protective item — an item such as an ultimate, heal, and anything else related to SAVING people from zombies.

Let's move on to the rules:
- Intentionally failing to pursue the mode's goals is forbidden, unless you have clear, justifiable obstacles. Specifically:
1. A Human intentionally does NOT shoot at Zombies;
2. A Human intentionally commits suicide;
3. A Zombie intentionally does NOT infect people;
4. The only remaining Zombie intentionally rejoins the server, which leads to exploitation of the mode bug;
5. It is ALLOWED for a Zombie(NOT THE FIRST ONE) to commit suicide to roll a zombie class. However, intentional suicide to avoid the mode's goal is prohibited;
6. A Human does NOT intentionally shoot at enemy NPCs or bosses;
7. A Human / Zombie intentionally uses items for no reason;
8. A Human HAS THE RIGHT not to take an item if they do not know how to use it or in what situations it should be used. However, if the situation forces them to take it, it is better to take it and ask those who know where and how to use it. If the item is taken for personal gain, disregarding the team, this may be considered trolling and ruining.
9. A Human intentionally uses items in such a way as to troll/ruin a player/players, no matter where or how.
10. A Human intentionally exploits a controllable NPC in such a way that they ignore their team and do not save them if conditions allow. And/or they also ignore the enemy team (i.e., they do nothing).
11. A Human intentionally uses items in such a way as to limit visibility on lasers or other forms of attack. Explanatory notes on this matter:

*Note to point 11: please read the clarifying material above so as not to get confused by the wording.
If DEFENSIVE items were used for the subsequent implementation of the same ultimate on lasers (the ultimate is a PROTECTIVE item), while the ultimate (or another PROTECTIVE item) is intentionally NOT used during defense and is held until lasers — then the Human holding the ultimate (or another PROTECTIVE item) will be PUNISHED.

Example: mako reactor 5_3 map. For example: gravity, wind, heal, and ult items are available. If the ult and heal are intentionally not used during defense, while gravity and wind were used because of this, and heal + ult remain on lasers — then both the ult and heal will be PUNISHED.

**And one more note on point 11: if the DEFENSIVE item intentionally is not used BEFORE the lasers, even though the conditions allowed it to be used, then the Human holding the Defensive item will be PUNISHED.

Example: mako reactor 5_3 map, for example, the same items are available: gravity, wind, heal, ult. If, for example, gravity is intentionally not used on defense, but all other items have been used, then gravity MUST be used BEFORE lasers, because conditions allow it (long bridge). If gravity runs before lasers and uses it there (especially blocking the visibility of lasers), then the Human holdign the gravity item will be PUNISHED.

12. Intentional blocking of doors, elevators, and other platforms that prevent passage through the maps is prohibited;
13. It is forbidden to intentionally stand at the edge, provoking subsequent infection from zombies;
- Rules may be adjusted or added without warning.
- For anything not specified in the rules related to Zombie Escape mode, the Administrator has the right to act according to the circumstances within reasonable limits and, if possible, without punishing players.
